Real Estate Photography - why use a professional real estate photographer?
Studies have shown that 85% of homebuyers research a home online before buying, and potential homebuyers are more likely to visit a home if the online images capture their attention. It goes without saying that real estate photos of poor quality do not sell a home. Some real estate agencies have poor photographic images representing the home they are attempting to sell. In this era of the weak real estate market this is truly unacceptable. Staging a home requires a trained eye. You want to attract the potential homebuyer, not distract them. The argument can be made that "Curb Appeal" has been replaced by "Web Appeal".
Says Dan Snyder:
" My unique eye for detail and imagery that captures the essence of a space has been developed while working as a location scout and a producer for feature and independent film directors, as well on advertising campaigns, music videos and national television shows. This is the great advantage I bring to the real estate market while photographing a home or business. I focus on finding those elements that give your property its unique personality. It is essential to cultivate the attraction of any potential home buyer. It is a natural progression for me to offer my services to a select clientel of homeowners, builders as well as real estate agencies, to get a leg up in this very competitive and difficult economic environment."
